K and I went pumpkin patching a few weeks ago. We were originally headed to Sauvies’ Island not realizing how popular it had gotten over the past few years–the line stretched for 2.5miles just to get to the island, not even the patch itself! We said no thank you, google-mapped the next closest patch and stumbled upon this odd gem–Plumper’s Pumpkin Patch. As you can tell, the “pumpkin patch” was just a bare field with a few LARGE pumpkins spread throughout so we didn’t actually end up getting any pumpkins, but enjoyed their fall festivities nonetheless! They had apple cider doughnuts made fresh, hot apple cider, hot chocolate, a petting zoo, a pumpkin chucker (they went soooo far!), a hayride to nowhere, and sunshine and open skies for days.

NOT PICTURED** our delicious treats! It was just too darn busy so we ate as we walked around–no table to sit at to take pictures and I had a doughnut in one hand and a cider in the other!

The Details: owl shirt (old, Urban Outfitters); black pants (Levis); light brown boots (Steve Madden); sunglasses (H&M); orangey-red purse (Target); grey and white striped scarf (Causebox [fall box, sold out]); gold necklace (ModCloth); gold earrings (Rosegal).
