Hello sunshine! Hello giraffes! Hello hello!** This was a wee bit ago when the weather was not headed toward the teens. I feel like when the weather gets gross and cloudy and rainy and bitter cold, that you have to bring the sunshine. Fall and winter are great for wearing fall and winter colors, but I was never one for following the rules to a T (I more tow the line and see how far I can get before getting in too much trouble). I still have a closet FULL of beautifully dark winter things… I just pair them with some sunshine. Feeling a little down and need a touch of Vitamin D? Put on some sunshine.

**Ha, one of my favorite memories from when I was little is my grandma gathering me up in a crushing hug and exclaiming “hello, hello!” always twice.. always with so much love. And now I say it and smile each time. My grandma is still up and around and kicking (and exclaiming “hello, hello!”), and I plan on carrying that tradition long after she is gone.
